Coffee, Crochet & Chat at the Bean & Brush Cafe

I was very brave this afternoon and went to my first crochet outing at the Bean & Brush cafe in Sale....I met Fiona (http://frou-frou.co.uk) and Sarah (http://sarahanderson1.blogspot.com) there ..... helloo again..thanks for putting up with me.  I had a lovely time so deffo going to go again :-)

It's time for a show and tell now.....my latest finished baby blanket.....

And an even closer close-up...shame the colours aren't life like....the colour in the middle is a sea green.

The wool I used was Wendy DK Mode and was lovely to crochet with.  I bought it on-line at Kemps Wool shop and Deramores.

    I've only been crocheting for about a year and a half but I find it very relaxing. There's still loads of stitches to try out. I did used to do patchwork and quilting so am enjoying your blog reliving my sewing days :-)
